In addition to a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Dale has a master’s degree in engineering management, which taught him how to work effectively with a team and bring projects to a successful completion. Dale believes in treating people the way he would want to be treated, patiently answering customers’ questions and listening to their needs so he can help them successfully close deals while exceeding their expectations.
Dale relishes the Venice area’s small-town vibe, old Florida feel, caring people and history. He enjoys the beautiful weather, beaches, abundant walking/biking trails and wildlife. Dale is active in photography, flying drones, bicycling and swimming. He and his wife have three children – one in high school, one in college and one working.

We met Dale on January 24 and looked at properties right that day and continued to look at 20 more properties until February 8. Dale was friendly and super helpful! On February 6 we submitted an offer on Gale St that was not accepted but then on February 7 we made an offer on Keyway Rd that was accepted. Talk about fast, efficient and professional! We closed by March 6. Dale has a calm personality that makes the process go smoothly. We are super happy with him. However, we think that the search engine could be improved because we were interested in low HOA homes and the emails included 80% homes with a high HOA and we wanted homes on the East side of the area but the search was more widespread. With a combination of our searching and his insight of the area Dale was determined to help us any way possible. He was really awesome!
